As our Remeasure Technician you will be responsible for providing accurate measurements for custom product ordering and identifying situations that may impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance. Work involves traveling to different job sites across product territories and managing your own schedule. Job duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Ensures that customers are treated with the utmost respect and given the highest quality of workmanship.
• Provides accurate measurements and documentation for custom product ordering in a timely manner.
• Recognizes situations that may impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and communicates solutions; estimates time required for project completion and communicates with Installation Manager and Concierge.
• Updates Operations Director of current workload status; communicates challenges and expected timelines.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and ability to pass a federal medical examination is a REQUIREMENT
• 2+ years in window/door installation
• Ability to work comfortably on a ladder extending to heights reaching 30' or structural roof and ability to work comfortably on a personal computer or iPad.
• In addition to technical expertise, ideal candidates will be punctual, well organized, and customer service oriented
