We represent premium brands in each respective product segment such as Renewal by Andersen Windows and Entry Doors, Tundra Gutters, Gutter Helmet and Sunesta Awnings.

Due to tremendous growth, we are looking to add a Safety Specialist to our team!

In this highly visible role, you’ll take ownership of our safety training programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and partner with leadership to continuously improve safety practices companywide. As our Safety Specialist, you will:
  • Lead all new-hire safety onboarding, ensuring every team member is trained on company safety procedures.
  • Deliver annual and ongoing safety training, including OSHA updates, industry standards, and internal procedures.
  • Develop, manage, and continually improve OSHA-compliant safety programs to reduce risk and incidents.
  • Conduct job site audits and safety observations, documenting findings and driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify safety knowledge gaps and create engaging, effective training programs.
  • Partner closely with the Installation Manager, Project Managers, Training Coordinator, and Operations leadership to ensure consistent safety practices.
  • Investigate workplace injuries, manage documentation, flag questionable claims, and work with our workers’ compensation insurer.
  • Maintain accurate records for training, certifications, and compliance.
  • Stay current on OSHA regulations, best practices, and complete required regulatory reporting.
  • Model proper safety behavior and help maintain a safe work environment at all times.
What You Bring:
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
  • Proven ability to deliver clear, engaging safety training to diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on understanding of job-site hazards, PPE, and risk mitigation.
  • Analytical skills to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain trust and buy-in.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Willingness to work assigned hours, including overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and presenting safety programs.
  • Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate technical safety concepts clearly to all levels of employees
Licenses & Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (must be insurable).
